Try a new healthy habit each week!

  1. Start the day off with a protein-rich breakfast.  Scrambled eggs with some veggies or a protein smoothie will go a long way to keeping your energy stable throughout the day and keeping your cravings at bay.
  2. Cut down on your caffeine to feel more energy.  Yup, it’s true.  Try Swiss Water decaffeinated or herbal tea.  If you really need to battle withdrawal symptoms, green tea provides a boost with less caffeine and lots of antioxidants.
